What the app is

Add One Thing suggests one thing to add to a meal you are about to eat. Suggestions are general food ideas. They are not medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice and do not diagnose, treat, manage, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition or a serious allergy, speak to a qualified professional.

Allergens

You can set allergens and the app will not suggest items we know contain them. This is based on our own authored data. It cannot account for preparation, cross-contact, or brands. Always check labels. The app is not an allergy safety tool.
