Common questions
It says it is not sure about a food. Try fewer, plainer words: "chicken rice" rather than a brand or dish name. Common foods work even offline.
I bought Plus but Combos and Kitchen still ask me to subscribe. Open Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple ID or Google account.
How do I cancel? In your phone's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel.
A suggestion contained something I am allergic to. Report it now. Include the meal you typed and the allergens you had set. We treat this as our highest-priority issue.
How do I get my data deleted? Uninstalling clears everything on your phone. For the anonymous records our push and payments providers hold, email support@dmvaceapp.com and we will remove them. There is no account to close.
Why are there no calories or numbers? On purpose. The app only ever adds. It does not count, track, or judge.
