Intermediate-license holders under 17 may not drive between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM unless accompanied by a licensed parent or guardian, a licensed adult 21 or older, or a licensed sibling at least 18.

Statewide hands-free requirement
No driver may use a handheld wireless telecommunications device while operating a vehicle on a public road unless the vehicle is lawfully stationary. The violation is classified as a nonmoving violation.
Zero-tolerance BAC for under-21 drivers
